Delete my account

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated personal data in Xtarly Rewards and in the white-label apps powered by the Xtarly platform (e.g., Caffenio Rewards).


Option 1 · From the app (recommended)

  1. Open the app on your device.
  2. Sign in with your email and password.
  3. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

The account is deleted immediately.


Option 2 · By email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to atencion@xtarly.com from the address registered on your account with:

  • Subject: Delete account
  • Body: your full name and, if known, the program you are enrolled in (e.g., "Caffenio Rewards").

We will respond and complete the deletion within 20 business days. We may verify your identity before proceeding.


Data we delete

Once your request is approved we permanently delete:

  • Your name, email, phone number, avatar, language and country.
  • Your password (hash), session tokens and push notification tokens.
  • Your points balance, stamps, tier, transaction history and redemptions visible to the user.
  • Your referral code and any preferences tied to your account.

Data we may retain

For legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons, we may retain data in anonymized or aggregated form, for the period required by law (up to 10 years in Mexico; 5 years in the EU unless a longer period applies):

  • Accounting records and tax receipts tied to redemptions.
  • Security records (access logs) when needed to investigate incidents.

This data is no longer linked to your identity.


Consequences

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will lose all points, stamps and unredeemed rewards. If you register again, you will do so as a new user, with no access to your prior history.
