Delete Xtarly Cashier account

Xtarly Cashier is a professional-use app. Accounts are created and managed by the Program Operator (employer merchant).
If you are a cashier or staff member
Option 1 · Through your employer. Ask your administrator or HR team at your organization to deactivate or delete your account from the Xtarly admin panel. This is the fastest path.
Option 2 · By email. If you cannot reach the admin or no longer work for the merchant, email atencion@xtarly.com from the corporate address associated with your account with:
- Subject:
Delete Cashier account - Full name.
- Organization (merchant) you worked for.
- Approximate hire and departure dates (if you remember).
We may verify your identity with the employer before proceeding. We will complete the request within 20 business days.
Data we delete
- Corporate email and credentials (password/passkey).
- Session and push notification tokens.
- Local PIN (wiped on uninstall or sign-out).
- Organization and branch associations.
Data we retain (anonymized or for legal obligations)
- Transaction records processed during your activity as a cashier, retained by the Operator and by Xtarly to meet accounting, tax and audit obligations (up to 10 years in Mexico; 5 years in the EU unless a longer period applies).
- Minimum security records when needed to investigate incidents.
Such data is de-linked from your identity to the extent possible.
