Welcome to the Xtarly documentation. Here you will find everything you need to pick your plan, configure your loyalty program, manage your business from the dashboard, and guide your team through the cashier and customer apps.
What is Xtarly?
Xtarly is a loyalty and rewards platform that helps businesses retain customers and increase repeat visits. Your business always operates two surfaces:
- Web Dashboard — where business owners configure their program, manage rewards, branches, customers, and view analytics.
- Xtarly Cashier (cashier app) — where staff scan customer QR codes to register transactions and process redemptions at the point of sale.
And your customers participate through one of three channels — which one depends on your plan:
- Wallet card — digital pass in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet (included in every paid plan, the only channel on the Wallet plan).
- Shared marketplace app — the multi-brand Xtarly Rewards app where many businesses coexist (Shared plan).
- Dedicated app — your own white-label or fully custom mobile app on the App Store and Play Store (Branded, Premium and Lifetime plans).
