Applies to: the Xtarly Cashier app (com.xtarly.cashier).
These Terms govern the use of Xtarly Cashier, an app intended exclusively for the authorized staff (cashiers, managers, supervisors) of merchants operating a loyalty program on the platform of Rodrigo de la Torre González (individual sole proprietor) ("Xtarly"). By signing in you accept these Terms and the Xtarly Cashier Privacy Policy.

1. Access requirements
1.1. Only adult natural persons authorized by the Program Operator (your employer) whose account the app represents may use it.
1.2. The Operator is responsible for onboarding, offboarding, permissions and role (cashier/manager/admin) of each User.
1.3. Your credentials are personal and non-transferable. Do not share your password, passkey, PIN or active session.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Use the app only to operate the loyalty program within your authorized shift and branch.
- Identify the customer via QR or email without capturing or storing customer data outside the app.
- Not perform fake earn or redemption transactions, nor consume rewards for yourself or third parties without a real customer transaction.
- Not use test accounts in production nor share your session.
- Report to the Operator and Xtarly immediately any lost device, unauthorized access or anomaly.
Breach may result in immediate suspension, report to the employer and civil/criminal action.
3. Customer data
3.1. Customer data shown in the app is owned by the Program Operator and governed by the Operator's privacy policy with the customer.
3.2. Xtarly acts as processor. You, as cashier, act under the Operator's instructions.
3.3. Prohibited:
- Screenshotting, photographing or transcribing customer data.
- Using the data for purposes other than program operation.
- Contacting the customer through unofficial channels.
4. Offline operation
4.1. The app can operate without connectivity. Transactions are queued locally (encrypted) and synced when the network is restored.
4.2. An offline transaction is final only after server confirmation. In case of conflict (e.g., insufficient balance, deactivated customer), the server may reject it; the Operator defines the resolution policy.
4.3. Do not sign out or wipe local data while transactions are pending; you may lose them.
5. Device security
5.1. You are responsible for:
- Keeping the OS up to date.
- Enabling device screen lock.
- Using the app's biometrics/PIN if required by the Operator.
- Locking or signing out when leaving the device.
5.2. The Operator or Xtarly may remotely end your session or trigger a local wipe in case of incident.
6. Devices
6.1. The app must be used on devices authorized by the Operator. The Operator may restrict use to specific devices.
6.2. Operation on jailbroken, rooted or actively-debugged devices is not warranted.
7. Availability and updates
7.1. The app is provided "as is" and "as available". Maintenance windows may apply.
7.2. You must keep the minimum supported version communicated by Xtarly installed. Obsolete versions may stop working.
8. Intellectual property
The app, trademarks and content are owned by Xtarly, the Operator or third-party licensors. You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app during your relationship with the Operator.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xtarly is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data arising from the use of the app. Total liability is limited to MXN $500.00. Labor or wage claims lie exclusively in your relationship with the Operator.
10. Termination
Your access terminates automatically when your relationship with the Operator ends or upon breach of these Terms. On termination the app locks and local data is wiped.
11. Changes
The current version will be posted at this URL. Material changes: at least 15 days prior notice.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
Governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, State of Jalisco; exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zapopan, Jalisco.
