Web DashboardEnrollment QR

Enrollment QR

Generate, download and print the QR code your customers scan to enroll in your loyalty program.

The Enrollment QR is the physical bridge between your business and the Enrollment Page. Print it and place it wherever customers will see it — when scanned, they land directly on your /c/your-slug/join page to sign up in seconds.

Open the generator

Go to Enrollment QR from the dashboard sidebar (lives under Enrollment Page). You'll see the QR on screen, ready to download.

What it contains

The QR encodes your enrollment page's public URL:

https://www.xtarly.com/c/your-org-slug/join

Any customer with a phone can scan it from the native camera, without installing any app first.

Use cases

  • Tables and counter — small vinyls or laminated cards with the QR so customers scan while waiting or paying.
  • Window or entrance — large sticker to capture passersby or new arrivals.
  • Receipts and bags — print the QR on receipts or stamp on takeout bags.
  • Social media — share the QR on Instagram or WhatsApp stories to capture remote enrollments.
  • Events and activations — banner with the QR at events, fairs or pop-ups.

Printable posterA complete, register-ready poster (see below).

The printable poster

Download poster generates a designed poster, not just the bare QR. Xtarly starts from the brand artwork and composes what's yours on top:

  • The background takes the color of your wallet card. If your color is very light, it's darkened just enough to keep the poster text readable.
  • Your logo is cropped into the center circle. If you haven't uploaded a logo yet, your business name goes there instead.
  • The QR is regenerated at print resolution, with the URL written underneath in case someone prefers to type it.
  • The artwork changes with your program: one for stamps and another for points and tiers, so the poster explains what your business actually gives.

The button stays disabled until your program loads — on purpose, so you never get the points poster when you run a stamps program.

Best practices

  • Minimum print size: 3×3 cm so any camera can scan it from 30 cm away.
  • Contrast: print black on white. Avoid putting the QR on dark backgrounds or in low light.
  • Pair it with clear copy — "Join our loyalty program", "Scan to earn points" — so the customer knows what happens when scanning.
  • Place it in the customer's natural flow — where they're already standing or sitting, not somewhere they'd need to cross the venue for.

Test before printing

Before sending to print, open your phone's camera and scan the QR from the dashboard screen. Verify that:

  1. It takes you to your /c/your-slug/join page.
  2. The page loads with your correct logo, colors and copy.
  3. You can complete the form and receive the card.

If you change your organization's slug, the QR changes. Reprint any signage you already have in branch.
