Wallet plan

No mobile app — your customers store their loyalty card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and scan it at checkout.

The Wallet plan is Xtarly's lightest option. Your customers don't download any app: they simply add a digital card to Apple Wallet (iOS) or Google Wallet (Android) and show it to the cashier at checkout. Ideal for businesses that want to launch a loyalty program quickly, without the friction of an app install.

Who it's for

  • Coffee shops, bakeries, food trucks and local retailers that want a simple program without convincing customers to install an app.
  • Businesses still validating whether loyalty works in their market.
  • Operators who want to minimize the monthly cost ($19 USD).

How customers identify themselves at checkout

  1. The customer opens Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on their phone.
  2. They tap your business card — it shows a QR code.
  3. The cashier scans the QR with Xtarly Cashier.
  4. The cashier enters the amount and points/stamps accrue instantly.
  5. The card updates automatically with the new balance.

There's no mobile app to maintain, no download, no extra signup. Enrollment happens via the public page /c/your-slug/join or a link you send to the customer.

Trial and signup

  • 14-day free trial with full access. We ask for a card on signup to keep your subscription ready, but you're not charged during the 14 days.
  • Self-serve: subscribe and start using the plan immediately.
  • Cancel any time from billing.

How to set it up

Subscribe to the Wallet plan from Choose plan.
Configure your loyalty program in Program.
Create your first rewards in Rewards.
Design your wallet card in Wallet Design.
Customize your Enrollment Page.
Print and place your Enrollment QR at the register.
Install Xtarly Cashier on your staff devices.

The Wallet plan does not include a dedicated mobile app. If you later want to offer one, you can upgrade to Shared, Branded or Premium at any time.
