Overview
Learn how Xtarly works and what you need to get started with your loyalty program.
Xtarly is a loyalty platform that connects your business, your customers and your cashier staff in a single system. This page explains the key concepts and the steps to get started.
How it works
- You pick a plan — Wallet, Shared, Branded, Premium or Founder Lifetime. Each plan defines which channel your customers use (wallet card, marketplace app or dedicated app). See Plans.
- You configure your program — choose between points, stamps or tiers; set the earn rules and create rewards in the dashboard.
- You design your customer channel — customize your Apple/Google Wallet card and your public enrollment page, or (if your plan includes it) your mobile app.
- Your customers enroll — they scan your enrollment QR, fill out the form, and add their card to Apple/Google Wallet (or download your app if your plan includes it).
- Cashiers process transactions — staff use Xtarly Cashier to scan the customer QR, enter the purchase amount, and the system grants points or stamps automatically.
- Customers redeem — once they have enough points or stamps, they pick a reward. The cashier confirms the redemption.
Key concepts

| Wallet Card | Digital pass in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — included in every paid plan. |
| Enrollment Page | Public URL (/c/your-slug/join) where customers sign up and add their card. |
| Reward | A prize customers can redeem (e.g. free coffee, 10% off). |
| Branch | A physical location of your business. Cashiers belong to a branch. |
| Coupon | A single-use discount code scanned at checkout. |
| Transaction | Any earn or redeem event recorded in the system. |
Initial setup checklist
Create your Xtarly account and pick your plan.
Configure your loyalty program (points, stamps or tiers).
Add at least one branch (your first location).
Create your first reward.
Design your Apple/Google Wallet card and your enrollment page.
Install Xtarly Cashier on your staff devices and sign in.
Print your enrollment QR and share it with your first customers.
