No mobile app — your customers store their loyalty card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet and scan it at checkout.
The Wallet plan is Xtarly's lightest option. Your customers don't download any app: they simply add a digital card to Apple Wallet (iOS) or Google Wallet (Android) and show it to the cashier at checkout. Ideal for businesses that want to launch a loyalty program quickly, without the friction of an app install.

How customers enroll
The enrollment flow is completely app-free and takes under a minute:
- Scan the enrollment QR — each business has a unique QR code available in Dashboard → Enrollment QR. Print it and place it at the register, counter, or tables — or share it as a link via WhatsApp, Instagram, or email.
- The registration page opens — the QR takes the customer to
xtarly.com/c/your-slug/join(or your custom domain on Branded/Premium). The page shows your business name and logo. - Fill in basic info — the form only asks for name and email (or phone number, depending on your settings). No account creation or password required.
- Add the card to their wallet — once the form is submitted, an "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Add to Google Wallet" button appears based on the device. One tap and the card is saved in the phone's native Wallet app.
- Done! — the customer is enrolled. The card shows their name, points/stamps balance, and a personal QR code that the cashier scans on every visit.
The enrollment link works when shared directly too. You can send it via WhatsApp, print it on a receipt, or put it in your Instagram bio — the customer doesn't need to be physically at your location to sign up.
How customers identify themselves at checkout
- The customer opens Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on their phone.
- They tap your business card — it shows a QR code.
- The cashier scans the QR with Xtarly Cashier.
- The cashier enters the amount and points/stamps accrue instantly.
- The card updates automatically with the new balance.
There's no mobile app to maintain, no download, no extra signup. Enrollment happens via the public page /c/your-slug/join or a link you send to the customer.

How to set it up
The Wallet plan does not include a dedicated mobile app. If you later want to offer one, you can upgrade to Shared, Branded or Premium at any time.
