Transactions
View the complete log of every earn and redeem event across all your branches.
The Transactions section provides a full audit log of every loyalty event in your program — both point/stamp earning and reward redemptions.
Transaction types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Earn | A customer received points or stamps for a purchase. |
| Redeem | A customer redeemed a reward using their points or stamps. |
| Coupon | A coupon was validated at checkout. |
All three appear in a single unified list, sorted chronologically, with a tab to view All, Earn, Redeem or Coupon.
Filters
Use the filter bar to narrow results by:
- Billing period — view a specific billing or trial period, the current calendar month, a custom range, or all time. The current period is marked "(current)".
- Branch — filter by location. (Coupon redemptions are not branch-filtered.)
- Type — earn, redeem, or coupon.
- Customer — search for a specific customer's transactions.
Plan usage and billing
A usage card shows how many transactions you've used against the amount included in your plan, with a progress bar that turns amber near the limit and red once you go over. Earns, redeems and coupon redemptions all count toward your monthly quota. During the free trial usage is shown as unlimited. A monthly history table breaks the totals down by month and type.
Transaction detail
Each row shows:
- Date and time
- Customer name
- Branch
- Type (earn / redeem / coupon)
- Amount (purchase amount for earns, points cost for redemptions)
- Points / stamps awarded or spent
- Cashier who processed the transaction
- Ticket folio (if anti-fraud is enabled)
