Transactions
View the complete log of every earn and redeem event across all your branches.
The Transactions section provides a full audit log of every loyalty event in your program — both point/stamp earning and reward redemptions.
Transaction types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Earn | A customer received points or stamps for a purchase. |
| Redeem | A customer redeemed a reward using their points or stamps. |
| Coupon | A coupon was validated at checkout. |
Filters
Use the filter bar to narrow results by:
- Date range — view transactions within a specific period.
- Branch — filter by location.
- Type — earn, redeem, or coupon.
- Customer — search for a specific customer's transactions.
Transaction detail
Each row shows:
- Date and time
- Customer name
- Branch
- Type (earn / redeem / coupon)
- Amount (purchase amount for earns, points cost for redemptions)
- Points / stamps awarded or spent
- Cashier who processed the transaction
- Ticket folio (if anti-fraud is enabled)
