Customer Lookup
How to find a customer without scanning their QR code in Xtarly Cashier.
The Lookup screen lets cashiers find a customer by phone number or customer code when scanning is not possible (e.g., if the customer forgot their phone or the QR is unreadable).
How to look up a customer
- Tap Lookup on the main cashier screen.
- Enter the customer's phone number or customer code.
- Tap Search.
- If a match is found, the customer profile appears.
- Proceed with Earn, Redeem, or Coupon as normal.
Customer codes are shown in the customer's profile in the Xtarly Rewards app under Settings → My Account.
