Rewards
How customers browse and redeem rewards in the Xtarly Rewards app.
The Rewards tab shows all available rewards for your business's loyalty program. Customers browse here to see what they can redeem and how many points they need.
Browsing rewards
Each reward card shows:
- Reward name and image
- Points cost (or stamps required)
- Short description
- Whether the customer has enough points to redeem it
Rewards the customer cannot yet afford are shown dimmed with the points still needed.
Redeeming a reward
- Tap the reward you want to redeem.
- Review the reward details and confirm you want to proceed.
- Tap Redeem — a one-time QR code is generated.
- Show the QR to the cashier within the time limit.
- The cashier scans and confirms — your points are deducted.
The redemption QR code has a short validity window. If it expires before the cashier scans it, you will need to generate a new one. Your points are not deducted until the cashier confirms the redemption.
