Web Cashier Panel

The Web Cashier Panel lets you process earn and redeem transactions from any browser — no mobile device required. It is useful for desktop POS setups or for managers who want to process transactions without the mobile app.

Accessing the panel

Go to Cashier in the left sidebar. You will see the main cashier interface.

Processing an earn transaction

1. Ask the customer to open Xtarly Rewards and show their QR code.
2. Click Scan QR and use your device's camera (or a USB QR scanner) to read the code.
3. Enter the purchase amount.
4. If anti-fraud is enabled, enter the ticket folio.
5. Click Earn to confirm. The system awards points or stamps and shows a confirmation.

Processing a redemption

1. Scan the customer's QR code.
2. The panel shows the customer's available rewards.
3. Select the reward the customer wants to redeem.
4. Click Redeem to confirm. The customer's balance is updated immediately.

Processing a coupon

1. Click Redeem Coupon.
2. Scan the customer's coupon QR code (or enter the code manually).
3. The system validates and marks the coupon as used.
