Customers
Browse and manage your customer base, view balances, and filter by loyalty segment.
The Customers section gives you a view of everyone who has joined your loyalty program. You can search, filter by segment, and view individual customer details.
Customer list
The list shows each customer's name, email, current points/stamp balance, total transactions, and loyalty segment. Use the search bar to find a customer by name, email, or phone number.
RFM segments
Xtarly automatically classifies your customers into segments based on their purchase behavior using the RFM model (Recency, Frequency, Monetary):
| Segment | Description |
|---|---|
| Champions | Bought recently, buy often, and spend the most. |
| Loyal | Buy regularly and respond well to promotions. |
| At Risk | Previously active but haven't visited recently. |
| Lost | Have not made a purchase in a long time. |
| New | Made their first purchase recently. |
Customer detail
Click on any customer to see their full profile:
- Contact information (email, phone)
- Current points and stamps balance
- Tier (if your program uses tiers)
- Complete transaction history
- Joined date
