Branches
Add and manage your business locations, opening hours, and visibility settings in Xtarly.
Branches represent the physical locations of your business. Each branch has its own opening hours, and cashier transactions are always recorded against the branch where they occur.
Adding a branch
Click New Branch and provide:
- Name — the branch name shown in the app and dashboard (e.g., "Downtown", "Airport").
- Address — the full street address of the location.
- Opening hours — set the days and time ranges when this branch is open. You can add multiple time ranges per day (e.g., 9am–2pm and 5pm–10pm).
Visibility matrix
The visibility matrix lets you control which rewards are available at which branches. By default, all active rewards are available at all branches. Uncheck a cell to hide a specific reward from a specific branch.
Managing branches
From the branches list you can:
- Edit a branch to update its name, address, or hours.
- Deactivate a branch to stop it from accepting new transactions without deleting its history.
Cashier app users are assigned to a branch when they log in. Their transactions are always attributed to that branch.
