Banners
Create promotional banners that appear in your customers' app and on your public enrollment page.
Banners are promotional images you show your customers. They appear in a carousel on the home screen of the mobile app and on your public enrollment page, so you can highlight offers, news or seasonal campaigns.
Creating a banner
Click New banner and provide:
- Image (required) — recommended size 1200×500 px (PNG, JPG or WEBP, up to 5 MB). The banner is shown in a 12:5 ratio.
- Title (required) — an internal label for the banner.
- Link URL (optional) — where customers go when they tap the banner.
- Sort order — a number that controls the position in the carousel; lower values appear first.
- Active — toggle to show or hide the banner.
Scheduling
Optionally set when the banner runs:
- Starts at — the banner appears from this date and time.
- Expires at — the banner hides after this date and time.
- Required tier — on Tier programs, you can limit the banner to customers at a given tier or above.

Managing banners
The list shows each banner's image, title, sort order, expiration and status. Inactive or expired banners stop showing automatically; reorder them by changing the sort order.
Banners are pure images — design any text or styling directly into the image you upload.
