Earn Points

The Earn screen is where cashiers register a customer's purchase and award the corresponding points or stamps.

Steps

1. Scan the customer's QR code (or look them up manually).
2. Tap Earn on the customer profile screen.
3. Enter the purchase amount in the amount field.
4. If your program requires a ticket folio, enter the receipt number.
5. Tap Confirm. The system calculates and awards points or stamps instantly.
6. A confirmation screen shows the points awarded and the customer's new balance.

Points vs. stamps

• Points programs — the amount entered is used to calculate points based on your program's earn rate (e.g., $10 = 1 point).
• Stamp programs — one stamp is awarded regardless of the amount. If your program has "require amount" disabled, you can skip the amount field.

Confirmation

After a successful earn transaction, the customer receives a push notification with their new balance. The cashier sees a success screen before returning to the main view.
