Customer App Overview

Everything your customers need to know about the Xtarly Rewards mobile app.

Xtarly Rewards is the mobile app your customers use to participate in your loyalty program. They accumulate points or stamps with every purchase, browse available rewards, and redeem them — all from their phone.

Xtarly Rewards is available on:

  • iOS — App Store
  • Android — Google Play

Creating an account

  1. Download the app and tap Sign Up.
  2. Enter name, email, and a password (or sign in with Google/Apple).
  3. Verify the email address.
  4. The app generates a personal QR code — this is the customer's loyalty identifier.

What customers can do

  • Earn points or stamps by showing their QR at checkout.
  • Browse the rewards catalog and see how many points they need.
  • Redeem a reward by selecting it in the app and showing the confirmation QR to the cashier.
  • Check history to see all past transactions.
  • Manage profile settings and notification preferences.
