Redeem Rewards

The Redeem screen is where cashiers process a customer's reward redemption when they present their redemption QR code.

Steps

1. Scan the customer's redemption QR code (not their personal QR — this is a time-limited one-time code generated by the Xtarly Rewards app when the customer selects a reward).
2. The app shows the reward details: name, description, and points cost.
3. Confirm the reward with the customer.
4. Tap Confirm Redemption.
5. The customer's points are deducted and a confirmation is shown.

Alternatively — from the customer profile

1. Scan the customer's personal QR code.
2. Tap Redeem on the customer profile screen.
3. A list of rewards the customer can afford is shown.
4. Select the reward and confirm.
