Transaction History

The History screen shows the transactions processed by the currently logged-in cashier during the current session and recent past.

What's shown

Each entry shows:

• Date and time
• Customer name
• Transaction type (earn / redeem / coupon)
• Points or stamps awarded or spent
• Purchase amount (for earn transactions)

Purpose

Use History to verify a recent transaction if a customer has a question, or to confirm that a transaction was processed correctly before they leave.
