Memberships

Sell paid membership plans whose benefits your customers redeem at the counter, with a usage frequency per benefit.

Memberships are paid plans your customers buy (for example "6-Month Gel Nails" or a monthly coffee club). Each plan bundles benefits the customer can redeem in-store, each with its own usage frequency. Memberships are available on plans that include a mobile app.

Creating a membership plan

Click Create plan and fill in the plan details:

  • Name — shown to customers (e.g. "Coffee Club").
  • Image — optional thumbnail for the plan.
  • Description — optional longer text.
  • Price — the amount the customer pays.
  • Duration — set it in months or in days (use one or the other).

Benefits and usage frequency

In Included benefits, add each perk the plan grants. For every benefit you set:

  • Benefit name — type it, or Choose from catalog to link a product from your Menu (the name and image are filled in automatically).
  • Usage frequency — how often the benefit can be redeemed:

Every N days/weeksOne use per interval (e.g. every 15 days).
TotalA fixed number of uses for the whole membership.

Restrictions

Optionally limit when and where a membership applies:

  • Valid days — restrict redemptions to specific days of the week. If none are selected, it applies every day.
  • Branches — choose where the plan is valid. With up to 3 branches you get toggle buttons; with more, a multi-select picker. If none are selected, it applies to all branches.
  • Terms & conditions — optional fine print.

Managing plans

The list shows each plan with its benefits, price, duration, active member count and status (Active, Paused or Archived). You can edit or archive a plan at any time.

Benefits can be linked to products in your catalog so the membership stays in sync with what you actually sell.
