Cashier App Overview
Everything your staff needs to know about the Xtarly Cashier mobile app.
Xtarly Cashier is the mobile app for your point-of-sale staff. It lets them process loyalty transactions — awarding points, redeeming rewards, and validating coupons — by scanning the customer's QR code with the device camera.

Who uses this app
Xtarly Cashier is for employees who handle transactions at the point of sale. Each cashier logs in with their own Xtarly account credentials. Transactions are attributed to the logged-in cashier and their assigned branch.
Key capabilities

Signing up a new customer at the register
The app home has a Business QR tile. Open it and show the screen to the customer: they scan the code with their phone camera and land on your enrollment page. If they'd rather do it later, you have Send over WhatsApp (opens the chat with the message already written) and Copy link.
If it says "QR unavailable", the business doesn't have its public link set up yet. Enable it from the web dashboard, under Enrollment Page.
If you work at more than one business
When your account belongs to several businesses, the home shows Switch business. Once you pick one, the app confirms which business upcoming transactions will be recorded under.
The choice is saved on that phone: each device can stay on a different business, and it doesn't affect what your teammates see or the web dashboard.
