Validate Coupons
How cashiers validate and redeem customer coupons in the Xtarly Cashier app.
The Coupon screen lets cashiers validate one-time discount coupons that customers present at checkout.
Steps
- Tap Coupon on the main cashier screen.
- Scan the customer's coupon QR code (or enter the coupon code manually).
- The app shows the coupon details: discount type, value, and validity.
- Tap Validate Coupon.
- The coupon is marked as used. Apply the discount manually at your POS.
Xtarly validates the coupon but does not apply the discount to your POS system automatically. You must enter the discount manually.
