Customer AppHistory
History
How customers view their transaction history in the Xtarly Rewards app.
The History tab shows a chronological list of every transaction on the customer's account.
What's shown
Each entry shows:
- Date and time
- Transaction type (earned / redeemed / coupon)
- Business name and branch
- Points or stamps earned or spent
- Running balance after the transaction
Filtering
Customers can filter history by date range or transaction type to quickly find a specific event.
