Monitor your loyalty program performance with KPIs, charts, and customer segments.
The Analytics dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. It gives you a real-time view of how your loyalty program is performing.
KPI tiles
The top row shows key performance indicators for the selected period:

| Total transactions | Number of earn and redeem events. |
| Active customers | Customers who made at least one transaction in the period. |
| Points issued | Total points awarded to customers. |
| Points redeemed | Total points spent on rewards. |
| Redemption rate | Percentage of issued points that have been redeemed. |
| Revenue tracked | Total purchase amount registered through the cashier. |
Points flow chart
A time-series chart showing points issued vs. points redeemed over the selected period. Use this to spot trends and measure the health of your program.
Points liability
Shows the total outstanding points balance across all customers — i.e., the value of points that have been issued but not yet redeemed. Monitor this to understand your exposure.
RFM segment tiles
A breakdown of your customer base by segment (Champions, Loyal, At Risk, Lost, New). Click a segment to see the customer list for that group.
Top customers
The customers who have earned the most points or made the most transactions in the selected period.
Top rewards
The rewards that have been redeemed most frequently.
Date filters
Use the period selector at the top of the dashboard to filter data by: last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days, this year, or a custom range.
