Home Screen

The Home screen is the first thing customers see when they open Xtarly Rewards. It gives them a quick summary of their loyalty status and fast access to the most common actions.

What's on the Home screen

• Points / Stamps balance — the customer's current balance displayed prominently.
• Tier badge — if your program uses tiers, the customer's current tier is shown.
• Quick actions — shortcuts to scan QR, view rewards, and see recent activity.
• Nearby rewards — rewards the customer is close to being able to redeem (based on their current balance).
• Recent transactions — the last few earn/redeem events for at-a-glance reference.

Notifications

If the customer has enabled notifications, they receive push alerts when:

• A transaction is processed on their account.
• A new reward is available.
• Their points are about to expire.
