QR Code

Every customer in Xtarly Rewards has a unique personal QR code. This code is their loyalty identifier — the cashier scans it at checkout to look up their account and process transactions.

Finding the QR code

Tap the QR tab at the bottom of the app. The QR code is displayed full-screen for easy scanning.

Earning points at checkout

1. When paying, open the QR tab and show your QR code to the cashier.
2. The cashier scans it with the Xtarly Cashier app.
3. The cashier enters the purchase amount and confirms.
4. You receive a notification and your balance updates immediately in the app.

Redeeming a reward

1. Go to the Rewards tab and select the reward you want to redeem.
2. Tap Redeem — the app generates a redemption QR code.
3. Show this QR to the cashier for them to scan and confirm.
4. Your points are deducted and the cashier hands you the reward.
