My card portal
The personal page where your customer sees their rewards, coupons, your menu and your locations — no app install, no account.
The "My card" portal is a personal web page for each of your customers. There they check their balance, which rewards they can already redeem, which coupons are live for them, your menu and your locations — no app, no account, no password.
It's available on every paid plan. It's especially useful on the Wallet plan, where the digital card is the customer's only channel.
How your customer gets there
The link is personal and travels inside the wallet card itself:
- In Apple Wallet: on the back of the card (the "···" button that flips it).
- In Google Wallet: in the card's links section.
- Right after enrolling, the welcome screen also shows a "See my rewards and coupons" button.
The link looks like this:
https://www.xtarly.com/c/your-slug/card/<personal-token>Inside the pass we use the short form xtarly.com/t/<personal-token>, which redirects to the one above.
The link lands on passes that are already installed on the customer's next purchase, riding the refresh the card already does on its own. You don't need to ask anyone to download their card again.
What your customer sees
Rewards and coupons live in two tabs: the Coupons tab carries a badge with how many are available. The portal opens on Coupons when they have some and no reward within reach; otherwise it opens on Rewards.
The button to save the card again adapts to the phone: on an iPhone only Apple Wallet shows, on Android only Google Wallet, and on desktop both.
WhatsApp promotions opt-in
If your business has WhatsApp (included in your plan or contracted as an add-on) and the customer registered their phone number, the portal shows a promotions toggle the customer can turn on or off at any time.
- On, your customer joins the audience for your promotional WhatsApp messages.
- Off, they stop receiving them — but their stamp, reward and card-status alerts keep arriving all the same.
- If the customer replied BAJA (unsubscribe) to a message, the toggle is locked: turning it back on is done by the business, not by the screen.
If your business doesn't have WhatsApp, or the customer left no phone number, the toggle isn't shown.
What the portal does NOT show
The link is shareable by nature (it lives inside the customer's phone and can be forwarded), so the portal never exposes:
- The customer's checkout QR code — that stays their credential and lives only in their card and in the app.
- Their email or phone number.
- Their purchase history.
An invalid link, a deactivated customer and a link from another business all return exactly the same message ("This card isn't available"), on purpose: that way no link can be used to find out whether a card exists.
When a customer completes a reward
When your customer collects enough for a reward, their card tells them on the lock screen — the notice rides along with the stamp message that already goes out on each purchase, so it doesn't burn through the notifications a card is allowed per day.
How to use it in your business
- Mention it when a customer asks "how many do I have?": instead of the cashier looking it up, they see it on their card.
- Keep your menu and your locations up to date: that's what your customer sees there.
- If you write the terms text of your Enrollment Page, that same text is what shows up as "Conditions" on the back of the card.
